    hi i have the jockey licence of my dad from 1955 to 1956 why is he not listed here? thanks vanessa

    Hi Vanessa,
    It would be because in 1955/56 your Dad was working for Captain McMullen and he would have have been a National Hunt trainer whereas the the post is from the Copes Flat racing jockeys.

    I don't know why but Copes focused almost exclusively on flat racing with very little attention paid to the N.H. racing other than maybe a couple of pages and a handful of photos.
